Meet & Greet: stay on dry land

Meet the dolphins from the lagoon edge without entering the water. This option includes a behind-the-scenes tour and one printed photo per paid ticket. It is suitable for all ages, subject to the child-supervision rules shown when booking.

Encounter: step into shallow water

Encounter includes a 30-minute interaction in waist-deep water with a marine mammal specialist. Swimming is not required. Allow time for the orientation and follow the venue’s instructions. Required wetsuit, towel, locker and showers are included.

Swim: confident swimmers only

Swim includes an orientation followed by a 30-minute interaction in deeper water. Participants must be at least 8, able to tread water and able to swim with a mask and snorkel. Choose Encounter or Meet & Greet if those requirements do not suit your group.
