Your booking and offer

We use your experience, date, guest categories and ages to check eligibility and supplier availability. When you book, we use your name, email address and telephone number to process payment, arrange your selected experience, deliver tickets and provide support.

The email-offer form explains whether your address is saved or discarded in preview mode. When lead capture is active, we store your address and offer expiry to apply and verify your discount. Claiming a discount does not subscribe you to marketing. Where offered, an optional checkbox lets you request up to two reminders, with an unsubscribe link in each message.

Services we use

This storefront uses the same BeTheGuests systems as our IMG, Motiongate and Legoland sites. Supabase stores booking and offer records, Stripe processes payments, BeMyGuest handles supplier fulfilment, and our email service delivers tickets and requested reminders. Our shared support team and AI-assisted tools can access relevant booking information to help resolve requests. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s payment form.

Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request information. We share the details needed to provide these services; supplier availability checks contain product and date information rather than your contact details. We keep records for booking, support, accounting and applicable legal needs. Contact us to ask about your records or request deletion; some transaction records may need to be retained.

Cookies and local storage

We store your cookie choice and selected currency in your browser. An essential signed cookie remembers an email offer for seven days and contains no email address. An essential checkout cookie allows you to view your booking status. Optional Google Analytics uses the shared DeepDive and Dolphins measurement stream only after you allow analytics. It measures page views, experience selections, checked supplier quotes and, when checkout opens, a real order draft. Analytics cookies may be set after consent. We do not send your name, email, booking date, payment details or arbitrary URL queries to Google Analytics; valid ad-click identifiers on the home page may be retained for attribution. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. You can change your choice in the footer at any time.

Security and contact

Supplier and database credentials stay on the server. The site loads fonts locally. Please do not send card information by email. For booking help, use our help centre.
