Arrive with time to reach Atlas Village
Plan to reach the Ticketing Plaza at least 30 minutes before your booked time. Follow the arrival instructions on your confirmed voucher. Be at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before Meet & Greet, or 5 minutes before the other listed activities. Late arrival can be treated as a no-show.
Getting there
Dolphin Bay is at Atlas Village, Atlantis, The Palm, on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. Drivers can use Aquaventure Waterpark parking and the complimentary shuttle to the plaza. Check your journey before leaving and allow for the transfer from parking.
Make use of your waterpark admission
The dolphin experiences listed on this site include same-day Aquaventure admission. Plan waterpark time around your scheduled activity and the park’s operating hours. Individual rides have their own height and safety rules. This inclusion does not cover the aquarium, hotel pools or resort beaches.
