Dolphin Bay Tickets is operated by BETHEGUESTS LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, company number 17326236. We are an independent ticket seller, not Atlantis or Aquaventure. Support: admin@betheguests.com.
Prices and availability
Prices start in UAE dirhams (AED). You can select a supported currency; your quote and payment use that currency. A 1% booking fee is added to the discounted ticket subtotal. We set our own standard selling prices and check the selected date, time and group size before preparing a quote. Standard prices shown are our current prices, not historical or Atlantis gate prices. The optional email offer saves AED 350 per Encounter ticket, AED 550 per Swim ticket and AED 250 per Meet & Greet, Kayak or Paddle ticket. Nine new email offers can be claimed per calendar day in Dubai. Existing valid offers remain usable after the daily allocation is claimed. It lasts seven days in this browser, is subject to available dates and cannot be combined with other offers. Quotes expire after five minutes. An availability check or quote does not reserve a place. A booking requires successful payment and supplier confirmation.
Your selected experience
Your ticket is for the activity, date, check-in time and guest categories confirmed in your booking. Encounter is a 30-minute dolphin interaction in waist-deep water; Swim has a 30-minute specialist orientation followed by 30 minutes with dolphins in deep water. Meet & Greet is a dry lagoon-edge visit and behind-the-scenes tour. Kayak and Paddle are 20-minute lagoon activities. These activity descriptions do not include the time needed for check-in, changing or getting to Atlas Village.
Each listed Dolphin experience includes same-day Aquaventure Waterpark entry, a towel, locker, showers and complimentary juice or coffee at Atlas Village. The venue supplies required activity gear, including wetsuits for Encounter and Swim and life jackets for Kayak and Paddle. Meet & Greet includes one printed photo per paid ticket; other professional photos cost extra. Transport, meals, aquarium entry and optional extras are excluded unless explicitly listed. Hotel pools and resort beaches are reserved for hotel guests. Venue operating hours and individual ride restrictions apply.
Eligibility and check-in
Paid ticket categories for Encounter and Meet & Greet depend on height. Guests must also meet the age and swimming requirements for their chosen activity. Dolphin Swim and Kayak require guests aged 8 or over; Paddle requires age 12 or over. Swim participants must be able to tread water and swim with a mask and snorkel. Pregnant guests cannot participate in Dolphin Swim or Dolphin Encounter. At most two children under 12 may accompany each paying, participating adult aged 18 or above. Children aged 2 and under may join Encounter or Meet & Greet free with a paying, participating adult; contact us to arrange their place. Contact us before booking guests exactly 120 cm tall or if eligibility is unclear.
After payment and supplier confirmation, we email the ticket vouchers. You do not need to print them. Present them at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza, then follow signs to Atlas Village. Plan to reach the plaza at least 30 minutes before your booked time. The selected time is the mandatory check-in time, not necessarily the activity start. Be at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before Meet & Greet or 5 minutes before the other activities. Arriving 15 minutes late or more may be treated as a no-show. Follow the venue’s safety rules, including restrictions on filming and personal cameras in the animal habitat.
Cancellations and changes
Under BMG’s cancellation policy, a cancellation made at least 72 hours before the travel date receives a 100% ticket refund; extra cancellation or refund fees may apply. Cancellations within 72 hours of travel are non-refundable. Contact our team as early as possible to request a cancellation or change. Changes require confirmation.
Venue operations
