Choose an activity everyone can join
Check each guest’s age on the visit date before choosing an experience. Deep-water Swim requires confident swimming and the ability to tread water and use a mask and snorkel. Encounter and Meet & Greet do not require swimming. Follow the venue’s activity-specific instructions.
Select the right ticket categories
Encounter and Meet & Greet use height-based paid categories on this site: below or above 120 cm. Contact our team before booking someone exactly 120 cm tall. Guests aged 2 and under can join those two activities free with a paying adult; contact us so their place can be arranged.
Include the accompanying adults
An adult watching from elsewhere does not replace a participating adult where one is required. Include the adults who will take part when building the booking. Check that your whole group fits the supervision rules before choosing a time.
Resolve suitability questions before paying
Pregnant guests cannot join Encounter or Swim. If you need accessibility assistance or have a question about medical suitability, contact our help centre before booking. The venue’s participation rules and staff decisions apply on the day.
